Re: Cleansing out the body closet.
I was where you were at your age. It took my about 10 more years before I got my act together.
Elimination is key here. What is that like for you?
I too had a fatty liver. I think that comes with an unhealthy, overweight condition. Nothing to feel ashamed of, it is what it is.
I cured myself of all this stuff. The weight was a harder nut to crack. But this is what I did.
Bowel Cleanse (I used
Oxypowder ). Elimination is key to getting bad stuff out of your body
Liver flush
parasite Cleanse (I used Humaworm...good stuff)
Start to exercise. I mean it. You need to sweat.
Get rid of inflammation. Kale is the best food for that. Get some and tear it into little pieces and eat it in a salad every day. You need to fight inflammation, it's a killer.
Stress. Stress will put weight on and keep it there. The best way to get rid of it is exercise. Hands down.
Cut out everything white in your diet. Don't eat it. It's not part of your diet anymore. A very easy thing to follow. No sugar, no potatoes, no rice, no bread. If you tend to carry weight around your middle then you are insulin resistant. That's the way I was, carried it around my middle (and everywhere else too). When I cut out white stuff I lost about 50 pounds. I kid you not.
You have to get into this mindset. I want to be healthy. I want to feel good.
These are the basics. They worked for me. I'm 52 and I have seriously never felt healthier.
Good luck my dear.
