I used to toy around with going to the Cup back in the mid 90's. Never made it - and can't say I am that sorry for it - and have never been to Amsterdam, even though I have been to Europe 9 times. Back when my brother was a heroin addict, and used to smoke pot 24/7, he considered getting an apartment over there, although he had someone "hot and heavy" who lived there. I just read that they are getting ready to crack down on sex and drugs there. I guess drugs have never been as legal there as it is portrayed in the media, even though they for the most part have always looked the other way over there, probably because of the bucks.
