One more thing is that adding more liquid can help constipation. Try warm water on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, 1 or 2 cups, maybe some lemon juice squeezed in the water as well. Eat (or drink your juice) 30 minutes later. As well as more water all day inbetween meals.
One thing that reeally cleans me out is when I spend an entire morning just drinking tons of warm water, some with lemon juice, and later on start eating fruits, maybe drink some green tea. I will usually dart for the toilet 2 or 3 times and it's just ahhhh!
