The third option I wanted to mention was reading up on PH. The Apple Cider vinegar will improve PH. So will eating greens and drinking something like "Miracle Greens" or Echinacea Tea. Eating bad foods like Sugar damage PH (unsurprisingly). I mention these other ideas to look into only because if you don't want to make extreme changes, eating healthier while learning about these can help. The options of fasting or eating 80% raw foods properly combined will automatically improve PH.
