i have i just took it off on my own yesteday i didnt feel anything but tendernss. this mornng when i woke up i felt fine and i still do i am bleeding but because i havent had my period in a while i was scared to take it out i wasnt sure what else was going to come with it i thouught i was going to hurt like when they put it in. but there was no pain
