whole juices tomorrow and next, and posiibly some stewed tomatoes that are blended.
After that I should be able to eat some soup (pea Soup Blended, and Veg soup blended) that I prepared before the fast.
I'm also re-populating my digestive system with a 6 strain probiotics from custom probiotics. Tongue is clear of the white muck, eyesite seems better, and I feel wonderful.
Fasting is a lot easier in the summer time. I like to break a fast on watermellon, plus there isn't any snow on the ground to shovel, and I feel like walking more.
