Day 7 ETL
Hiya. Day 7. I splurged a bit. I am finding that when I buy my favorite treats, (raw bars mostly), even if it contains more than my daily allowance of nuts I still eat it too quickly. I was buying 1 at a time and I should go back to that, lol. Other than that, did good. Today I think I ate too many nuts, then didn't really want to eat a big salad at dinner which I should have had. So noted.
I am wondering about the no snacking because 4 meals seems to make sense since fruits/veggies go thru the stomach more quickly so that's been the thing that I've stuck with the least. But I wonder if that tendency will also go away as I get rid of "toxic hunger" symptoms more.
Another note, sometimes I want to eat because I just do so I have a snack. Still, my eating is way better than it was and I'm not dying for a snack or craving. Because of this, I think I may still try to stuck to less snacking until I've been on the program longer. Wish me luck with that.
Sometimes it seems like it only takes a little bit of food to get me full. I eat more because of the no snacking... but yeah it's a work in progress and generally I like it. It's going well. I'm looking forward to eating that salad tomorrow. That sounds really good to me. Anyway, enough babbling, c y'all later.
