That was a good post. Excellent points to address about stearates, the largely unnatural content of these extremely expensive supplements, and their resultant poor rates of absorption.

I know at least half a dozen ways to make a tablet without fillers and glazes myself; Surely having all that gunk in there is unnecessary.
