Oh I meant to say, because of Peachy's post, that my cousin who has Cancer rising (and a few cancer planets too) also does that 'checking in' thing! Yup. Throughout the day she will just 'check in' and she is doing the sorting and listening thing that you are talking about Peachy!

Gracey...do you take baths every day? I find this to be my meditative/rest time...as though it replenishes me completely. Peachy might have more tips on traditional meditation...
