The pH is not going to change drastically anyway. The body can become too acid or too alkaline, both causing serious problems. This is why the body has so many redundant methods of maintaining its healthy pH range. The acids provided by the meats will be quickly dealt with by the body as will the alkaline ammonia produced from the breakdown of the meats amino acids.
