Not convinced that's herpes...

They're not clustered and concentrated in one area like typical herpes. Also herpes blisters are filled with clear fluid.

However, I do agree with the other poster that you should get to a doctor and get them to do a culture on them. The time window for a good sample is fairly narrow, so do it as soon as possible.
