I doubt its ever been measured. I will say that once, after my 10pm ES, I got sidetracked and didn't do the oil until 1:30 in the morning. Had good results.

Intuitvely just consider that if you are taking it the night before and you are having diarhea in the morning, then it's in your system. Where and to what extent - couldn't say.
