I wouldn't recommend deliberately breathing it anyway but if you have asthma perhaps it's best to make sure the rooms well ventilated if you prepare it to drink . definately don't do as Jim Humble suggests on his site, ie hold a glass under your nose and inhale, though he says to use only 2 to 4 drops I wouldn't risk it
