swollen lymph nodes for over a year, hiv, fatigue, red bumps, and minor loss of smell, and hearing

a couple of years ago, i went to the hospital for a fever, as soon as the dr. stuck the thing in my ear he said i was very clogged up. A yr ago, hiv test came back poz, after i noticed 2 swollen lymph nodes. Today I have atleast 5 or 6 swollen lymph nodes which have been around for over a year. I have tried several herbs though I will admit I haven't used any constantly for longer than 2 weeks, i get discouraged and think....i'm just waisting my money and time. Haven't been to dr. since i got tested, heard to much bad stuff about conventional meds, but since these swollen lymphs haven't gone away or even shrunk, i'm debating about going. still don't want to go, so i hope somebody here can give me some low cost proven method to fix the swollen lymph nodes, chronic fatigue, red bumps on back, and minor loss of smell and hearing. Tomorrow i'll be going to herb shop, can someone please give me some proven methods that will help. The swollen lymph nodes have been here for over a year, is it time to let a dr. fix this problem or is there any real hope in herbs? thanks, God Bless
