It is also important to know what kind of allergies she is having.
Clearly, she was having allergies to the foods she was eating...and when she removed them she went fine.
That is really great for her!
But like someone else said, it is NOT good for all people. I am one of those who should not eat like that and was told not to do fasts or have uncooked foods by a skilled Ayurvedic doctor.
food allergy testing is a great way to go.
