I took the drugs for Dientamoeba fragilis so I sympathise. colonics are great in this instance. I had one before I started treatment, one during and one after. Made a huge difference in coping with die-off. Put bluntly, you need to do a BM and fast!

I am very interested in hearing more about the Borody clinic. Have you been there? What is your opinion of the man/place? I have used his treatment recommendations and emailed others who have but would like to hear news first hand.
