What kind of parasites and a question about cleanse?

I've been taking Humaworm for 3 days but haven't noticed any parasites come out yet? Does this mean I don't have many or does it take longer to see them?

Also I'm only doing the cleanse because I live with someone whom did a parasite cleanse so I know that means I likely got this person's parasites, which freaked me out a little. After this person's cleanse started I had a lot of itching behind the skin on my face. So much that it gave me insomnia. Does this relate to any specific parasite?

Also, I did a parasite cleanse a few years ago and noticed congestion/movement under my left rib cage. I feel this again. Also I feel a lot of activity in my forehead and at the very back of my head. Would these be specific kinds of parasites? (I felt activity in the same places in my head last time. I didn't think they were all killed before because I felt activity all the way through to the end of the cleanse.)
