Re: 2 liter enema

Hi Ives,

Yes 2 liters is a little over 2 US quarts. 2 liters should be enough to cleanse you thoroughly but it also depends on your size and the condition of your bowels. What kind of solution are you using? I find that plain water is often not sufficient and resort to either soapsuds or baking soda.

The preferred way is to take a series enema. First take ½ to 3/4 liter, retain and then expel. Then take a second enema and increase the volume say to 1 ½ liters, retain and expel. Then take a third enema of 2 liters, retain and expel. I have taken five enemas when doing a very complete cleanse.

First you will have much less pain. Second you get a better cleanse as each enema clears the way for the next enema. Granted that this take more time but its well worth it.

I hope that I have answered your questions otherwise write again and I will try to answer once more.

Propaul
