to me it felt rather awful not to have cleaned thoroughly the bowels, you could try to precede the ES of 6.00 pm with an enema next time and see if you like it too. It's all a different experience to drink the oil & citrus when you're all fresh and clean inside, it seems to me. In the night I felt very uneasy and bloated, while normally I feel like there is a lot of space for that strong potion to come and for the liver to let out its hundreds of stones. Maybe that empty space in the bowels is more of a psychological utility than physical, but sure it's something I won't do without in the future.
