 excess ammonia can cause fainting so i didn't think it was the case with myself , that my symptoms could stay the same for so long without any fainting attacks.

Excess ammonia can cause coma and death. That is why the body converts ammonia in to uric acid, which is hydrolyzed in to urea and passed off as urine. Ammonia is also excreted through the skin, which is why sweat can smell so bad.
