 Can someone tell me what it means after taking antiboitics a bit back and my health isn't good now what having under arm BO is?

Antibiotics kill off the good flora in the body, which among other things help to break down toxic substances such as hormone metabolites. A lack of flora therefore can contribute to increased toxin load. 

Underarm odor forms from bacteria reacting on the ammonia in sweat. If you eat a lot of protein this will contribute to the ammonia load. Increasing water intake and taking zinc daily will help reduce body odor.
