I just opened up 3 capsules and put on a teaspoon. That's a very weak teaspoon. You need a massive heaping teaspoon. I think Uny even says tablespoon these days. You gotta go with the 10!! otherwise I don't think you'll get the full benefit. and you need to follow it immediately with at least 8 oz of water. you can do it :)

another thing I do is run it through one of those magic bullet blenders....gets rid of any lumpiness and may make it easier to get down
