the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) should be the first thing you have in the morning...then wait and if nothing happens, drink water (lukewarm or cold or ice-cold) and wait...keep drinking water and eventually it will flush through...don't add any more salt; follow the amounts for salt and water that they give on the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) recipe...also, i used to heat my SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) up so it was more like a broth and then i would drink it...it seemed to help with the taste..good luck, madonna
