How'd it get so bad?

Hi,

I am just realizing how bad my parasites are and have been. I am just questioning how did I miss the signs/symptoms? I am trying not to beat myself up for letting it get so far.

I guess part of it isn't my fault. I have gone to doctors and they just give me meds that don't work or call it some untreatable disease.
