I know, I'm feeling a little conflicted. I'd love to continue to see if it would eventually help me, but it is so darn expensive and I have the sneaking suspicion that it will be as ineffective as every other supplement I've ever taken.

Water fasting? Yeah, I water fasted for about 10 days. I got desperately thin at that point and had to stop. No change whatsoever to any of my skin symptoms.
