Did U mean sea CLAY????

Hi, adkin!

If so, this would be full of alkaline minerals, which do help the skin recover.

For those without direct access to specialised products or to hot springs with such minerals in them, MOM [milk of magnesia] is a good OTC remedy for skin maladies. The magnesium and sulfates accelerate healing and detoxification in the area where applied, and raise the pH, which is acidic in the distressed areas.

Sometimes, it is good to alternate this with ACV [apple cider vinegar] splashed on the skin. It can be full strength if one's skin is reasonably healthy, and used diluted if it is in poor condition.

I learned about these at the Ask Moreless forum. Since I have been using, have started getting lots of compliments on how nice I look. This is at age 57, without any makeup!!!

Keep seeking, applying, sharing accurate knowledge in order to
Keep seeking abundant life and joy!

NEVER EVER GIVE UP!!!

Di
