I agree that sometimes things get a bit serious here but Maya, the two things we need to be serious about are our health and our Creator.

As far as I'm concerned, everything else is up for poking fun at. Just like my doggie picture. Refreshed wanted to know what was up with the doggie and I have to admit...

it is a picture of me, before and after the alkalizing drink -- that's powerful stuff!
