Lolite;
I believe as you said it's has to do with my thyroid levels because when I used to get them at times they would trigger asthma attacks. I'm going to the doctor Friday and I had asked my doc to switch my thyroid meds but I forgot to get my blood test done. I'm going to get my labs done this time because at times I really feel fatigue.
It's only when I take my vitamin B's do I feel relief. Sometimes when I don't eat I tend to have more energy so it's possible it's thyroid related. That is why I take the thyroid supplement because taking Levothroxine isn't enough for me. I constantly feel tired but because the thyroid works with the nerves and controls the body when my thyroid is not balanced I know it because I gone through this since I was 15 so when you know your body you just know. I have also been tired too with my classes and working because sometimes I sleep every other day, so that may being a part in this as well.
I honestly don't feel that depression or anything played a part because I have been quite happy but sometimes these attacks just come unexpectantly and sometimes I'm caught off guard. So I may get my blood checked before going to the doc's so that I can get my results. But I'm suppose to take HRT because a hystorectomy a couple of years ago, could all this be working together? because I think I'm going to take something,even if it's over the counter.
