If I would have stopped the first time I felt "discomfort" a day after the flush (I did not expect miracles in one or two flushes anyway)...I would not have been as healthy and better off today.
I can honestly say it took 5-6 flushes before I felt better. Was I just too darn congested or did stones become "trapped" I don't know.
Don't give up. The final outcome is worth it.
Cheryl...getting ready to do flush number 15 in 18 months.
