That's quite an accomplishment.
6 or 7 days is good length of fast.
Paul Bragg in his book "The Miracle of Fasting" advocates doing one 24 to 36 hr fast each week and a few 7 to 10 day fasts per year. You've pretty well done a long one.
Keep in mind that it will still be a challenge for a few days as the body makes the transition back to normal functions.
