Hi there. It is great news that you found sound therapy to help the ADD you have been suffering from. I know that there are some brainwave entrainment CDs that can help those who suffer from ADD. There are also some CDs in the psychoacoustic genre that can help too. I am assuming that you found CDs to help you. Was it the brainwave entrainment type that you used?
