Hi all,
I am thinking of doing a 3 day fast - with the view to keep it going as long as i can, starting this Sat. but I also want to do a Liver Flush on the Sat. night.
Do you think it would be ok to do a Liver Flush as well as fasting? Or is this a bad idea?
Has anyone tried it?
