Albendazole or Mebendazole? Which should I take?

I am planning on taking a medication for parasites and would like some guidance please.

I have almost finished a course of Paragone. I have seen some interesting 'thingys' in my stool but I am not educated enough to tell you what they are. My main problem is a Pin Worm infestation. I have been unable to affect any change what so ever.

As LoricLady suggests, I will try Noxzema but would like to start getting an education on meds.

It may be worth a try because there is no way of knowing what other kind of nasties I have living in my body.

My thought is that if I am going to take one of these drugs, I may as well do a long course of it to get rid of as many types of parasites as possible.

1. What are your thoughts on these drugs?

2. Do I need a prescription to get these in the USA?

3. What are the side effects (other than what is listed on pages from the drug companies) and what is the die off like?
