Naringenin Safty

Muscle Tendon tears
Both my wife and I have experienced muscle and tendon tears after using Naringenin after a few months. Has anyone experienced a similar problem? A Dr told me that the Germans have an office similar to our FDA that overseas nutritional supplements and very carefully screens supplements for safety and effectiveness. Can anyone tell me where to get in touch with this German government agency or read their approved list of supplements?
