When I was pregnant with my daughter I would get really constipated. It continued after I gave birth. I would be so uncomfortable and in pain, so I understand what your going through. I started eating a fiber bar in the mornings and drinking Alkaline Water all day. I have not had a problem since. I don't know if this will work for you, but its worth a shot.
