It was from another health forum. I would post the link, but you have to scroll so far down the page to find it, and others mostly posted about cortisone creams they used- which makes the lips even thinner!

If the immune system is overthickening the skin (instead of thickening it the right way), it seems best to thicken the skin yourself (if possible) so the immune system will stop trying to thicken it. But who knows.
