Yes, stone breaker..I was realy happy with my first fast but still I have very long way to go..too toxic...Funny, didnt think about any wine ..Caberne would have been really healthy choice...I had improved since then... Still need to wrap my head around the non-stop healing the body does itself..Just my patience is not enough .I was hopping I could do some tea sipping and get rid of all bad rocks inside me along with the water fast , just a short cut
