Crazy rumbling,bubbling and movement.

In my liver area under my rib cage. Is this common when your liver is clearing itself of something big?

I took some parasite killers a week or so ago and now I am getting tons of rumbling everytime I lay down in my liver.

I think something happened because for awhile my eyes started to turn pure white like they used to be and my tongue got a bit clearer.

Is that what happens when something is clearing out of the liver?
