Re: Gingivitis, Gum disease, Periodontitis is the cause of peeling lips

Thats a good theory. And for a long time i avoided brushing and cleaning my teeth so i wouldnt disturb or rip off the skin. If your right i was only making things worse for myself.

As for flossing i found these things called "E-Z Floss Premium Flosser" They come in a packadge of about 65. Instead of sticking bulky fingers in my mouth in order to floss i can use these things that have the floss on the end of a plastic toothpick like thing. It really helps to avoid contact with my lips. I'm also in Canada so im not sure if its called something else in other countries.

P.S. A while ago i used hydrogen peroxyde on my lips in thinking it might be an infection that was causing my condition. My lips severly swelled up to the point where i could barely talk (so i dont nessisarly reccomend this). But after the swelling went down i noticed that my lips were doing better and not creating as much white dead skin.
