How do you keep it wet? Meaning like sprinkle some water on your wound or whatever while the Colloidal Silver is on there?

You can just keep applying it or mix it with some type of thickener. Silver Puppy makes a Gel kit.


and how long does it take to work?

It depends on the type of infection. On my occasional sore throats it works for me within minutes usually.
