Re: any non-surgical/non-procedural help for water on the knee / knee effusion? PLEASE SOMEONE HELP?
Hi
If you have inflammation and heat on your knee I have a few suggestions:
Ice packs are very effective and relieving. Check on the web for proper timing of application. Believe me, it is very effective.
If such problems occurs often and you can spare the money you might consider an ultrasound device such as the sonic releif

There are a few simple other things you try:
Soak a towel (could be paper towel) with a solution of diluted
Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulphate) and apply to knee. This is to provide externally some magnesium.
The same kind of soaking be done with original Milk of Magnesia.
You can also try this kind of soaking with ACV (raw apple cider vinegarar) and alternate with the other kind of soaking.
You can rub regularly your knee with Hydrogen Peroxide.
All the above have for purposes to alkalize the region of pain.
Alkalizing protocols can also help. It can be seen that calcium can help in reducing the pain. Calcium is also alkalizing.
Cream with MSM can also be applied to the knee.
Arnika gel or tincture can also be applied to the knee.
Some creams have MSM and arnika.
You can also look at these 2 posts for other ideas

I hope that some of the above can help. I know how knee injury can be very painful. The sooner it is treated the better and faster it will heal.
Good luck
