Cultured vegetables. >>> Start making them, and you will find you love them. They should be everyday food, in my view. Natural pre-and probiotics. You need lots of them. Kombucha too. You can make that yourself. Wild Fermentation is a good book. Also, look online at Erik Armstrong's cultured veg. recips--it's a great introduction to 'how to'. The Morelss protocols are good too. Once the terrain gets remineralized,
(hell, good kelp) the candida won't be called upon to be overgrown. Right now, it is saving your life--when it's not required as part of clean up crew, so to speak, it will recede back toward 'normal'. Everyone has candida--just not everyone has this level of overgrowth.
No 'flour' products of any kind. No processed food. No sugars, other than those naturally present in fruit. Lots of green leafy veg.. What got this started? Was it Antibiotics ?
Addiction to sweets?...
Note that meat is acid-forming. Note that leon is extemeley alkalizing...and goes well in the Morelss alkalizing and remineralizing drink. I can attest to the fact that ***a lot*** of good things happen after taking this drink daily and rebuilding the body's mineral stores.
