Re: A liver flush success story
Wow this is really an impressive testimonial.
I'm a bit reluctant to do the normal liver flush. My body normally reacts heavy and i'm a bit afraid of the epsom salt. I heard some people even died from Epsom salt. Also as i'm living in Sri Lanka i have no access to apple juice or apples.
My problems are mainly constipation/nausea/
food allergy /indigestion/bowel pains/eye problems and many more for a dozen of years.
Last week i started doing the mild tsetsi flush (3 limes/2 eggyolks/1 spoon coconut oil) every evening around 7pm. About 12 hours later (in morning), i'm doing an enema.
My results are :
1) skin feels different, especially face, sometimes more colour
2) nose feels different, smaller
3) I'm sweating all the time especially legs and feet (dont know if that is good or not?)
4) I have not seen any worms or stones so far (at least i haven't noticed any)
5) I also do not feel more energetic. First few days i was really tired, now i'm getting bit allright.
6) my eyes have become a bit clearer, but its to early to say.
7) In general after one week i must admit my well being has improved, but only a little bit.
So do you think i should go for the normal liverflush, as described by you? Do you think
Epsom Salt is 100% safe? And can i change the apples by something else?
Thank you.
