Can someone tell me how pinworms really look?

I am paranoid that I have pinworms. I don't know how they look, so I dont know what I have seen is it or not. I have itchy crawling sensation mostly at night in my rear area and I twitch. I was diagnose with restless leg syndrome and I might possiblily have MS-awaiting diagnose from doctor for this. I saw something today that was thin and yellow looking. I also have seeen somehthing that was white looking. But I have never caught anything moving. I want to send it to a lab, but I dont want anyone to think that i'm crazy.
