Eye Floaters and Flashes

Hello

I am 30 years old. I first got floaters at age 22. I remember it specifically. One day at home my eyes were having these spasms. Went to bed with them. The next morning I woke up and noticed a small floater, and tiny tiny tiny black spot. Pretty much over the years I would have these episodes reoccur. Now I have several eye floaters in each eye. Sometimes I get eye spasms, and sometimes I will see very small light swirls. Everyone says I see just fine and there is not much sign of anything serious. Which is so puzzling to me.

So I am here to learn, take suggestions and whatever else comes my way.
