Wanderer, I've been at cz for 4 1/2 yrs now, screaming at the folks to re-educate: readReadREAD. I'm building a "Library" here for just that. There are how many discusion forums here already???

These articles have been accumulating for more than 3 yrs. I've tried to carefully organize/catagorize them for easier subject reading. If you will notice they are alphabetized from the bottom up. Thus, I'm taking the "extra" threads out as the discusion dies.

Read while listening to your inner-self. GO with what resonates within you and don't stop!!! Like with the LBB, if you need more to help something that's moving out, take more.

Write yourself a Lifestyle Plan and stick with it.
