Does anyone know anything about anemia and fasting? Is it safe to fast if anemic?
I am obese and was diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia. The doctor gave me iron supplements to take.
Should I still take my iron supplements while fasting?

I want to do a fast now because things are slow for me and this fall I may be too busy.
