Thank you for the salt answer. That was time consuming, I´m sorry, but very enlightning! One part I think you misinterpreted though: When he says that salt is an "early" acquisition of mankind, he was not talking about SALTS (in the plurarl) but man made salt. And I still have some doubts about organic and inorganic mineral body absorption issues concerning the positive and negative magnetic charges of each. Inorganic minerals are alkaline and positively charged and organic are acidic and negatively charged. So the body, which is positive magnetically, will easily absorb the organic minerals...what about the inorganic ones? Same goes for minerals found in water! Don´t you think that the best human source for minerals are undoubtedly plants?
