I have gained about 45 pounds in the last two years, which is when I really started spiraling. I had the saliva test, and my cortisol is most certainly low. The weight started coming on when I began waking up several times during the night with low blood sugar. As a result, I'm eating far too much, and I'm often too exhausted to exercise. Before that happened, I was a healthy weight, and I would only wake up maybe once a week to eat during the night, and I could satisfy the hunger with a much smaller snack. This weight problem is just one more thing to be disgusted about...
