All I can say about what I have been doing is....

I have been taking each medication for the longest time allowed..and as it turns out for Iver, Alba and Prazi that is 30 days straight. I am taking Milk Thistle twice a day and Liver, Kidney and Lung Flushes *bottles of liquid from the health food store, a couple of times a week.

I have taken Alba part of the time with Prazi and with Iver...now I am resting from it for a week and continuing the Iver for the rest of the 30 days...and will start the Alba again in a week.

Does this make sense? I hope so!

Any way I hope you are ok. The Iver really seems to be worth trying. As ICU said this may be a life long thing which is why I am ordering the big bottles.
